Conference Registration Deadlines

• Early: On or before April 20th
• Late/On site: After April 20th

Conference Registration Includes:

• Three days of Technical Sessions
• Conference Proceedings
• Lunches on Conference days (with vegetarian option)
• Social Event (Conference Dinner (with vegetarian option) including bus transfer)
• Coffee Breaks

Conference Fees
All conference and tutorial fees are in Euro.

Students rate (Proof will be required)	€350	€450

Student registration: Full time students qualify for the student registration fee. Students must provide proof of full-time status, such as a student identification card, on-site at the time of registration check-in.

Payment: Registration forms must be accompanied by payment. Participants may pay for their conference registration by bank transfer, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners Club, or JCB).
The online registration tool will be opened on march 1st, 2007.

Press Registration
If you are an accredited press member willing to report on the ACE 2007 conference, please contact the Conference Office by sending an e-mail to ACE2007.

Special Needs and Access
The conference registration form includes space for any special needs you may have. If you need special assistance, please contact the Conference Office.

Cancellation and Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and must be received at the Registration Office on or before June 5th 2007. A €50 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. ACE 2007 cannot accept refund requests after June 5th 2007. Mail your cancellation and refund requests to:

Registration Transfers
If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a letter authorizing the transfer. The letter must be presented at registration on-site.

Confidentiality
Data that you provide to this conference will not be distributed to anyone without your permission. You will be asked during the registration process which information you are willing to make available in the conference Delegate List. This list will be made available for individual query purposes, to the other attendees. The Delegate List is not provided in bulk form to any outside organisation.
